Amazing customer service. I made a special request for one of the designs and he was very nice and changed it for me. Response was very quick as well. I received my order exactly on time and it looks so good in person. Beer fits perfect in the caddy. I used Guinness. This is a graduation gift for my Fiancé and I can’t wait to give it to him in a few days.

The item is as described. Well made and seems sturdy. Customized with my husband’s last name is really nicely done. Shipping took longer than expected, but that’s OK bc I changed it from an anniversary present to a Christmas present. I’m curious to see how the thinned wood on the bottom of the holder keeps up over time given that is where the weight from the beef bottles is supported, but I expect it will be just fine.
